| I have a commercial property with a hard money loan on the property for 325k, I have equity in the property of about 75k, I need some one to refi the property, I have to move to up state to handle another property. I will trade for any thing of worth for the difference, if some one can refinance the note. The property is located on the main street coming into Galveston, Tx with thousands of cars passing here all day long. This was my construction shop and I live on top of the business.
