Great summer resort for a family and right on the beach. My unit is on the 8th floor. two queen size beds, micro-wave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I would consider trading my Condo for a small house that I can lease out. I would add what cash is necessary to close. This condo does make money, but we cant travel much anymore and dont use it. Over 40 golf courses in the area. Great sunrises and teriffic view of the ocean. There arent many condos at Myrtle Beach that will allow you to use it and it costs you nothing. This complex is in the best part of Myrtle Beach. |
